Lemon Sorbet

"This deliciously tart lemon ice is made from a can of concentrate, and nobody will know. As long as the concentrate can be removed from the packaging, it need not be thawed. Use filtered water if desired."

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 1 quart
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 2 1⁄2 cups cold water
• 1 pinch salt

directions

1. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender, making sure the mixture is smooth.
2. Freeze in an ice cream machine and transfer to a covered container in the freezer till serving time.
