- Bring water to boil, add sugar and lemon zest. Stir until sugar has dissolved then cool.
- Strain out zest and add lemon juice. Freeze over night.

This was a refreshing treat today, as it was very warm outside. So far, I prefer my limoncello, in frozen form, rather then in a drink. I made this in my Cuisinart, Automatic Frozen Yogurt-Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker. When it was done, I took a few scoops to take a photo and sample. Then put it in the freezer so it will freeze harder. Next time I make this I'll add some lemon zest into the mixture at freezing time. Made for ZWT7- Italy
