One of my favorite breakfast's is Eggs in a Hole, this version takes it over the top. I loved it, every little bit of it... The salmon, capers, creme fraiche, red onion and a grilled - thick slice of Turkish flatbread. It was quick and really easy to make with wonderful results. Kudo's on making it into my Best of Cookbook for 2017. I loved this... Made for CQ4-Scandinavia.Replies 1
