  1. This is an easy and delicious dinner! It made enough for 2 dinners, for a family of 4, too. So we'll enjoy it again tonight. My HB & I loved the full bodied spice/heat in the sauce. And my tween loved the meat with no sauce... So we were all happy! We ate this on buns... and then meat/sauce on top of mashed potatoes. Delicious! Only recipe shifting I did was to reduce the amount of smoke flavoring: We used half the smoke flavoring (we used hickory) in the cockpot and none in the sauce. It was plenty smoky for our taste and packed some good heat. We will definitely make this again!

  2. best food ever

  3. If only there were 6 stars to give this... The only thing I would change is doubling the amount of liquid smoke, but that's just a personal preference. At last, a BBQ pork recipe that I truly love!

  4. Not only is this a delicious and easy dish, but it makes a lot of pulled pork! What a great way to make use of your crock pot and to come home to a nearly complete meal!

  5. The sauce in this recipe is very good, not the bbq I was expecting but it really made this sandwich stand out amongst other bbq pulled pork sandwiches
