Baked Potato Wedges

ingredients
- 3 -4 medium baking potatoes
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
- seasoning salt
directions
- Clean potatoes.
- Do not peel.
- Cut each potato lengthwise in quarters.
- Dip each wedge into melted margarine, covering completely.
- Arrange skin side down on shallow baking pan.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt to taste.
- Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until golden brown and tender when pierced.

These are so good! I made these potato wedges with olive oil in place of the butter and used a seasoning blend I acquired from Capt. Anderson's Seafood Restaurant in Panama City, FL and added a little salt after cooking and I also cut my potatoes a little smaller than one quarter of the potato. I will definitely make this recipe again and will look forward to doing it! Thank you for sharing your delicious recipe here on RecipeZaar!
