Tasty Baked Potato Wedges

"I was looking through recipes on Zaar trying to find a good one for baked potato wedges--couldn't find quite the right one. I made this one up with the ingredients I had on hand. I recommend getting the Watkins Garlic Parsley Grapeseed Oil if you can. It's delicious! If not, you can just use olive oil. I estimated the measurements, sort of just threw it all together. You can play around with it depending on your own personal tastes."

  1. I will be making these potatoes again! I used extra chili powder to give them a little kick........

  2. I added garlic to olive oil.I soaked the onion flakes in a dab of water before adding to the oil. After coating with the spices and herbs I put in a Pam sprayed sheet.c I flipped once for each side, then skin side down, sprinkled dried parmesan cheese and cooked about 3-5 minutes. My potatoes took 30 minutes total. I am going to make again with curly fries. I have a cutter and I think it would be great! Thanks for posting. Also this was for 10 large wedges.
