DO NOT TRY TO USE THE METRIC CONVERSION! I am making these for a baby shower, and I did a trial batch with US measurements, which turned out well. I need about 8 dozen so I switched to the metric measurements to simplify the conversions. the ratios are WAY off and very incorrect for the metric version. I wasted a pound of butter and almost 1,200g flour making an inedible paste. I then went through and weighed the US measurements. They say that the metric weight for flour should be 591.47g, but in reality it should only be 352g. The butter weight is off as well. 1/2lb butter weighs only 226g. Again, the US measurements worked well, but the metric formula is COMPLETELY unbalanced and incorrect
