Swedish Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

    1. 1/2 lb butter
    2. 1 1/2 cups sugar
    3. 2 eggs
    4. 1/2 cup strong cold coffee ( instant)
    5. 2 teaspoons vanilla
    6. 1 cup cocoa
    7. 4 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Blend in eggs.
  3. Add coffee, vanilla, and cocoa.
  4. Mix.
  5. Add oats and mix well.
  6. Chill 1 to 2 hours.
  7. Shape into one-inch balls.
  8. Roll in sugar.
  9. Store in air tight container.
  10. Keep refrigerated.
