ingredients
- 236.59 ml powdered sugar
- 236.59 ml granulated sugar
- 236.59 ml butter (no substitute)
- 236.59 ml vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 1182.95 ml flour
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml cream of tartar
- 1.23 ml salt
directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and sugars; add oil and eggs.
- Mix together dry ingredients. Add to liquid ingredients.
- Roll into small balls. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
- Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool on pan for 2 minutes. Remove.
- Just a note I pulled mine out of the oven at 9 minutes. They were perfect.
