  • Place oil, garlick and onion in skillit and saute till onions are semi soft then add carrots and celery and simmer about eight to ten minutes.
  • place everything else in a large pot or slow cooker and place on high temperature.
  • Add saute items to pot and simmer for 2 hours or till the herbs have mixed in and flavored everything.
  • Serve in soup bowls with shredded cheese, sour cream and a few drops of Tobasco.
