ingredients
- 21 ounces diced watermelon
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 9 ounces sugar
directions
- Puree melon in food processor until smooth.
- add remaining ingredients and process 30 seconds.
- refrigerate mixture until it reaches 40 degrees F.
- pour chilled mixture into canister of icecream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
- pour sorbet into freezer safe container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
