  • Puree melon in food processor until smooth.
  • add remaining ingredients and process 30 seconds.
  • refrigerate mixture until it reaches 40 degrees F.
  • pour chilled mixture into canister of icecream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
  • pour sorbet into freezer safe container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
