This is one of those recipes that came from having something in the fridge that had to be used - its easy and has good flavors

  1. In a skillet combine 1 tsp olive oil, garlic, onion, celery, and carrot sauté till tender. Add ground turkey and brown.
  2. Add spices including salt and pepper. Add one packaged turkey gravy mix of your choice - including water as directed on the package.
  3. Cook for 15 more minutes. Serve over roll, rice or potatoes.

What a nice sammie. Low-fat and pretty tasty. I served mine on toasted honey wheat rolls. Very easy and filling. Just a note. May want to add the gravy packet to the ingredients. I almost forgot to purchase it :)
