Great weeknight meal! My turkey came in a 1.25 package. I used it and used a little more bbq sauce and water. I didn't have cayenne pepper so I used 1/2 tsp. of cajun seasoning. Thanks for the healthy & tastey recipe!

I love this recipe!!! The taste was wonderful. The only things I did different was to add salt and pepper to the turkey for seasoning and then I left out the cayenne pepper. This is a keeper for sure!

This is really a great dish! DH gave it a BIG thumbs up. (he didn't even know that it had ground turkey in it)I used Stubbs Barbecue sauce (very low in sugar) Over all a wonderful lower fat sloppy joe recipe. I'm keeping this one! It made so much that we served it on top of both buns, split. This could easyly serve 8. I served recipe #12452 Sweet Potato Wedges with it. Thanks CookbookCarrie for posting.
