Turkey Sausage

"There are lots of turkey sausage recipes here on 'Zaar, I couldn't find any like this. This is the sausage recipe that I used to make when my daughter was little and had severe food allergies. The mixture needs to be refrigerated over night to blend the flavors. I still use it to this day."

  1. Really enjoyed the ease and taste of this recipe. I originally made it to use in recipe #424591 but planned to fry some up for breakfast. I still have some left so going to freeze them. DH thought it needed more salt. I think next time I will increase the spices (especially the red pepper) just a tad to give it even more flavor. Thanks for posting. :)

  2. This is very good sausage! It took me no time at all to make, and I just squished it together with my hands in the morning and fried it up at night! I made it with ground turkey breast and it was still pretty moist. This is a very nice alternative to paying a lot of money for pre-made turkey sausage at the grocery store. I used it to make and freeze several breakfast biscuits for my husband to eat in the morning for breakfast, rather than paying for the expensive pre-made low fat biscuits from Jimmy Dean! Thanks for a great recipe and a money saver!
