I picked this recipe for Bargin Basement.

I am surprised this recipe has not been tried earlier. This is a really nice meatloaf. A loaf you do not need any sauce on top of after you make it.

I am glad I picked this receipt to try.

  1. pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees.
  2. dice veggies.
  3. heat a large skillet on med-high and add olive oil, onion, mushrooms & garlic stirring every few minutes for 10 minutes, let cool.
  4. get a big mixing bowl and add meats, egg, toast, pineapple and teriyaki sauce; add sautéed veggies once cool and mix thoroughly.
  5. in the middle of a big casserole dish form mixture into a loaf shape leaving room on all sides & patting to make sure that the loaf is packed nicely.
  6. top with bacon slices and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until brown.
  7. you can top with pineapple rings.
