Yum! I didn't have orange liquor so I made an orange syrup from fresh orange juice and sugar. I will definitely be making this one again.

Another delicious new find! I took this to our friends pre-xmas dinner party & it reigned supremacy over all of our other desserts! I used Marg's Dark Chocolate Cake (Recipe #2496) for the base which always turns out so moist, it was perfect! So decadent & even better for breakfast lol! I was catering for a preggo so had to the cointreau, substituting with the syrup from a can of mandarins & so I added the fruit into the middle layer of strawberries. It was so rich & smooth, almost like a pre-chopped gateau!! Judging from everyone's response it will no doubt be amongst my top pot luck dinner requests from now on - guaranteed! Thanks :)
