Directions

  1. Slice liver thin and mix with corn starch and crushed garlic.
  2. Brown quickly in hot oil.
  3. Add finely-sliced onions and mushrooms.
  4. Stir-fry until meat is evenly browned, then add chopped scallions and soy sauce.
  5. Continue cooking with constant stirring for 6 to 9 minutes.
