"Southern Biscuit Muffins with Gruyere Cheese"

ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1⁄4 cup white sugar
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons baking powder
• 3⁄4 cup firm butter
• 1 cup cold milk
• 3⁄4 cup gruyere cheese

directions

1. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
2. Add butter and mix.
3. Add milk and mix.
4. Add Gruyere cheese and mix.
5. Bake in preheated oven to 400F (205C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
