These are very fun, and very yummy! I made them tonight for my picky kids, half expecting them to be rejected, but they were wolfed down! I used ground turkey, cuz it was all I had, and these were still super tender and juicy. The worcestershire made the meat have a little extra flavor. I will be making these again! Thank you sooo much!

WHOA - these are simply *awesome*!! I was surprised by just how good they are, b/c I wondered about the consistency using the skillet method vs. traditional oven-baked meatloaf. I made minor changes to the meat mixture -- used half turkey and half beef, added a chopped celery stalk, used garlic salt instead of regular -- and to the tomato sauce, I stirred in about 1/4 cup of spicy BBQ sauce before topping the meatloaves. I served these with Cooking Light's Seven-Layer Salad for a super-quick weeknight meal. DH & I loved these and I will make them again & again.
