  1. Peel a strip from around each potato.
  2. Place potatoes in an ungreased 3 quart baking baking dish.
  3. In bowl, combine the oil, butter and seasonings; drizzle over potatoes.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until tender, stirring every 15 minutes.

Easy to make, and the directions are wonderfully straight forward. The potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside. A great flavor that penetrates!

This was another recipe that I cut in half for just 2 of us, but that didn't detract from the great flavor ~ Absolutely wonderful! These seasoned potatoes were a hit with my family. Keeping the size of the potato small is important. Looking forward to trying it with new potatoes in the summer.
