- 1 lobster tail
- 85.04 g shrimp
- 85.04 g lump crabmeat
- 1 roma tomato
- 113.39 g mozzarella cheese
- 56.69 g prosciutto, sliced
- 14 inch pizza crusts
directions
- Using medium dough, brush the crust with olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh basil, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Add cheese, lobster, shrimp, crabmeat and sliced roma tomato.
- Cook in brick oven for 10 min and serve. (can use a 450 F oven on the open rack.).
