  • Cook drained green beans in oil to very lighly browned. Break in two eggs and scramble until eggs are cooked.

  2. Interesting and tasty way to perk up a can of green beans! I did add some salt and pepper to the eggs before scrambling and I used just a small amount of oil. We enjoyed this - thanks for sharing the recipe!
     
  3. Rated 2 Stars for "Okay". DH did not like. It was edible, but would not make again. Scrambled eggs and green beans do not mix. Maybe with more flavors/spices this could be improved some. If you are vegetarian, then this recipe may be all right for the extra protein.
     
  4. This is great! Normally I don't really like canned green beans, but somehow with the egg in these they're really good. I did reduce the oil to 1 tbsp to cut out some fat; no problem at all. A little bit of pepper on top and they were perfect. I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks!
