  • Remove skin from Salmon.
  • lightly brush with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Broil fish for 5 minutes on foil lined broiler pan.
  • cover fish with another sheet of foil and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  • blance the asparagus.
  • Chop the garlic, onion and slice the olives.
  • And the cooked salmon, capers, tomatoes, aspargus, garlic, onions, and olives.
