Fresh and flavorful. Can also substitute other types of left over fish or shellfish, or clams and oysters. Serve with your favorite bread on the side. Developed from a recipe from Taste of Home web site.

  1. Melt coconut oil over medium heat in a skillet.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients and saute until just tender.
  3. Add next 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 15 minutes.
