Orange and banana combine with locally grown rhubarb to make these muffins delicious!

Very thick...more like cookie dough than muffin batter. These were done after only twenty minutes. The flavor of rhubarb is not very noticeable unless you bite into a piece. It mostly tastes of orange. Not overly sweet.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line your muffin pan with cupcake papers or grease very well.
  2. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine.
  3. Bake muffins for half an hour, or until they test done.
