  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine flour, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Press into 9x13 pan. bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Fold in diced rhubarb. Pour over baked crust. Bake for 45 minutes.
