October 2004 my food processor bummed out, so I made the recipe using my Kitchen Aide with dough hooks. The recipe worked out very nice.

This recipe is faster then take out and much more nutritious because you choose your own toppings. Super easy and definately a must try, I'll never order in pizza again.

Agree this is a truly awesome pizza dough. After the 20 min rise, I placed in refrig until needed. Half the dough was enough for my DP and I. I stored the remainder in an oiled ziploc bag in the refrig. Thanks for posting!
