pineapple and cheese ball

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 1 ball

ingredients

• 16 ounces cream cheese
• 1⁄2 large green pepper
• 1⁄4 onion
• 1 dash liquid smoke
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
• 2 cups pecans

directions

1. add cream cheese with onions, green pepper.
2. add smoke, salt and pineapple.
3. form into ball.
4. roll in pecans.
5. chill.

Made this as an appetizer for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I took an idea from the comments on another cheeseball recipe and formed it into the shape of a pineapple and then stuck green onions into the top of it. It was really cute. I forgot to take a picture of it though. :-(
