  • Coat pork with a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Brown in hot oil in skillet, using all the flour.
  • Add celery, green pepper, onion, pineapple, catchup, mustard and Worcestershire.
  • Simmer, covered 30 minutes.
  • Serve over rice.
