These were wonderful pancakes. Light, fluffy, tender and oh so flavorful. I loved the subtle flavor of the orange with the bittersweet chocolate chips. I will be making these again and again. Thanks so much for sharing this tasty treat.

Update: They are just as awesome every time I make them. I never get tired of these babies.

These were quite nice! I made them a little healthier by using 3 tbsps applesauce and 1 tbsp oil, skim milk, 1 c. nutriwheat flour and 1/2 c. ap flour, and i only put chocolate in 1/2 the pancakes, I put blueberries in the other half. For the chocolate, I cut up some good quality milk chocolate. I didn't have quite enough orange rind so I added some orange juice concentrate. I got 10 pancakes, and they were enjoyed. Thanks!
