OMG! I can fix my own pancakes again! I own pet birds and avoid using non-stick items, as much as possible. (omits toxic fumes known to be lethal for birds). It's a nightmare trying to cook even one pancake in a stainless pan! This recipe saved the day! I left out the choco chips. Used a lightly greased glass pan 13x9. When done, I spread butter on top, let sit for 10 min covered in foil (a little trick I learned to make cornbread moist). Cut in 8 squares...took my spatula & slip them puppies right on the plate! I can once again flip a few flapjacks! Thanks for sharing this. (your username alone made me hungry:)

This was good and so easy. I used some pancake mix because it's what I had. I put chocolate chips on half and white chocolate on the other. I used a 9x13 pan and baked for about 12 min. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

this rating is only for the technique, as i wanted to make my batter from scratch and used recipe #17975, chocolate chip feather pancakes (w/half a teaspoon of cinnamon added). i don't know if it's b/c my nonstick pan was too cheap or i didn't let it cook enough or the layer was too thin, but it started to burn on the edges and when i tried to get it out of the pan, it stuck to the bottom. will try again b/c it really would be so much easier than cooking on the stovetop.

This recipe is very easy and versatile. I made it for my daycare kids this morning and it was a big hit. I made 2 one with chocolate chips and one with blueberries, both turned out good. I did not have the right size pan so I made one in a jelly roll pan and the other in a 9x13 pan. Both turned out well I just had to adjust cooking times. Thanks for sharing:>
