  • Pre-heat over to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a large cookie sheet.
  • Combine all of the above ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Form small balls out of the mixture and place on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown.

  1. Pretty good recipe. No oil in the house, so I used 1 c. melted margarine. And only had all purpose flour, so used 3 c. of that. Used two eggs. I scooped using the med. size Pampered Chef scooper and baked for 12 min. Big poofy cookies, slightly crispy outside, fluffy inside. I did half with butterscotch chips and half with chocolate chips. Makes a TON of cookies!!
