Pretty good recipe. No oil in the house, so I used 1 c. melted margarine. And only had all purpose flour, so used 3 c. of that. Used two eggs. I scooped using the med. size Pampered Chef scooper and baked for 12 min. Big poofy cookies, slightly crispy outside, fluffy inside. I did half with butterscotch chips and half with chocolate chips. Makes a TON of cookies!!

I have always enjoyed baking and have recently begun enjoying the art of cooking. I like simple, no-fuss recipes that combine unlikely, but complimentary ingredients.
