No Fat/No Fat Yogurt Pie

This recipe was given to me by a co-worker who has lost over 100 pounds. She likes this as the pie with the graham cracker crust; however, I think the filling is great spooned into parfait cups. Strawberry and key lime are the best, IMHO.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Combine jello and boiling water until jello crystals are completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in yogurt until combined well.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Can be poured into fat free graham cracker crust or spooned into parfait glasses, then chilled.
  5. NOTE: Don't worry if you get a little "stir-happy" when folding in the whipped topping. You can pour it into the crust or parfait cups and pop it into the freezer for a tasty frozen treat.

Very good low calorie dessert. I got a copy of this at Weight Watchers. Light and refreshing .

I Don't know where i saw a variation on this first but this was the closest to my recipe. 1 cup yogurt (or two small containers) 1 packet jello, 8 ounces frozen whipped topping. I put it on a meringue crust, (which disintegrated deliciously) and I used peach yogurt and peach jello. I would make it again as a mold. Very easy to do.

Decent whipped snack. (I too did not use a graham cracker crust.) The main problem I had was that I have never seen a sugar free jello package at 3 oz. Mine were .4 oz or about .8. I went with the bigger box (using orange) but I wonder if the smaller one wasn't meant. A decent lunchbox snack for the kids, though I think it might need a little tweaking. Some fruit added in, maybe? I found it to be good right away but the longer it sat the less I liked it. So I'd suggest that you eat it the day you make it. Thanks for a fun one to try.
