ingredients
- 1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
- 2 fruit yogurt (I like Strawberry)
- 1 container Cool Whip
directions
- Blend yogurt and Cool Whip, pour into pie crust.
- Freeze for 3 hours.
- I garnish with sliced strawberries.

This is so yummy, easy to make, and easy to make healthy! I love it. I used fat free cool whip with weight watchers yogurt, one amaretto cheesecake and one cherry cheesecake. It made a nice cheesecake-y treat, with little guilt. :) I am going to use this over and over! Thanks so much for sharing it.

This is the pie my brother and I always wanted for our birthday (we were born the same day 2 years apart) Mom would always make blueberry for me and strawberry for him. I'm thinking now of a Key Lime Pie! It is so light and flavorful! Glad you posted. Wish more people would try it! After a heavy meal, this would be the dessert I would go for!

I made this for my BBQ this weekend and it was a hit! In fact I had a hard time keeping my husband away from the filling before I put it into the pie. One thing I noticed, and this is just a personal preference, we ended up liking it better not frozen (it sat out for a while by mistake and when we ate it we liked it much better soft). Thanks for a great summer recipe!
