Easy bake slice, great for kids lunch boxes, picnics, camping etc.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 celcius.
  2. Place all dry ingredients in bowl. Mix.
  3. Melt butter, add syrup and water. Mix.
  4. Mix dry and moist ingredients with wooden spoon until blended.
  5. Press into greased or lined lamington tray.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Remove from oven. Cool in tray.
  8. Cut into squares while still warm.
