- 2 eggs
- 2 (15 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
directions
- preheat oven to 350 f.
- in large bowl, beat eggs with milk, blend in corn & butter, stir in flour, sugar, spices.
- pour into 1.5 quart casserole dish, bake for 60 min, or until top is golden and bubbling.
- let set for 10-15 minute before serving.
