Mom's Scalloped Corn

"Some will call this a creamed corn casserole, but it is very close to what our mother made as scalloped corn."

ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 (15 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder

directions

1. preheat oven to 350 f.
2. in large bowl, beat eggs with milk, blend in corn & butter, stir in flour, sugar, spices.
3. pour into 1.5 quart casserole dish, bake for 60 min, or until top is golden and bubbling.
4. let set for 10-15 minute before serving.
