A little sweet, but very good.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
- Beat cream cheese and butter at high speed until fluffy.
- Add whipped topping; beat at medium speed until blended.
It was so easy to make and went great with the scottish scones I made. It was not too sweet.
Made this for St. Patrick's Day - used an 8-ounce tub of Cool Whip Extra Creamy and it was
