Mock Devonshire Cream

- Ready In:
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Stir in whipping cream.
- With an electric mixer, beat mixture until stiff.
- Store in fridge.

I had a package mix of scones I wanted to bake, but didn’t have the cream to serve with it. I found this simple recipe and already had all the ingredients on hand. It was so easy to make and I was able to whip it up while the scones were baking in the oven. My family loved it! I’m thinking of using it to dip some fruits in it as well!
