Mango Margarita

- 177.44 ml fresh orange juice
- 1 large mango, seeded and chopped
- 59.14 ml key lime juice
- 78.78 ml tequila or 78.78 ml Absolut citron vodka
- 59.14 ml Cointreau liqueur or 59.14 ml other orange-flavored liqueur
- 59.14 ml simple syrup (recipe below)
- ice cube
directions
- To make Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil; boil 15 minutes or until syrup is reduced to 3/4 cup.
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender, cover with lid, and process until smooth.
- Add ice to make 4 cups; process until smooth.

Best of the best! This is AMAZING!! Even if you don't care for drinks with liquor (especially tequila) you'll love this. It tastes non-alcoholic and goes down easy so be careful! (Note: the simple syrup directions are for 3/4 cup and you only need 1/4 cup so our friend Chef~V sets you up for three batches...so have three mangoes handy as you will want lots.) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I don't think there's anything better than spending time with family and friends and enjoying delicious food together. I just love food.
