"My grandfather was raised as a Minnonite, so we have a lot of old traditions and this in one of them. When we butcher our beef, we cut it ourselves and we make chunk meat from it. This recipe calls for the chunk meat CharlotteJ's recipe #38214 #38214 and my Recipe #377888 #377888. I know it is time consuming, but it is well worth it."
