- 340.19 g tri-color spiral pasta
- 283.49 g refrigerated tricolor tortellini
- 212.62 g marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
- 226.79 g fresh broccoli florets (about 1-3/4 cups)
- 340.19 g provolone cheese, cubed
- 340.19 g hard salami, cubed
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 127.57 g sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 75.60 g Italian salad dressing mix
directions
- Cook spiral pasta and tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; add the artichokes, broccoli, provolone cheese, salami, pepper, olives, onion and garlic.
- Prepare 1 package salad dressing according to package directions - add other dry packet; pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
