Excellent recipe! I skinned the Salmon (our personal preference) and rubbed all over with Olive Oil. I used dried herbs along with a little Mrs. Dash. I sprinkled the juice of one lemon on to the Salmon after adding the herbs and let it marinate for about an hour. I did not add salt, but perhaps next time I will use just a little. We try to limit our sodium intake. This recipe was sooooo easy and the combination of flavors was outstanding! Thanks, Dancer, for posting!
Really wonderful and so easy. I was out of oregano, but otherwise I followed this recipe exactly. The lemon and tarragon combination was fantastic. Thanks for posting this!
