  1. I loved this, the fresh rosemary was a wonderful change! and it looked absolutely great being served. I did add a little garlic powder as well. Thanks!

  2. This was good and was a different than our usual salmon recipe. We just prefer our other recipe better.

  3. This was easy to prepare and tasted great! DH said that it tasted like something you get at a fancy restaurant. He liked it so much...he had three pieces! DS even liked it...he had two! Thanks so much for sharing this with us!

  4. This really was excellent. Had 2 pounds of wild caught salmon, and this prep method really enhanced the flavor of the fish. It was light, fresh, and gone in a flash. Thanks for posting, we will use this again, and again.

  5. What an easy way to prepare a gourmet meal with salmon. I used a couple of sprigs of rosemary fresh off the plant on the underside and then a few leaves on top. I was afraid that the rosemary would overpower the fish, but it was a perfect blend of flavors. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Tweaks

  1. I also didn't have any red onions on hand, so I used Texas sweets instead. Also our pacific sockeye is a very oily fish I decided to try with just a tiny bit of oil brushed lightly on top. My filet took about 25 minutes and was done to perfection, all my company raved about how wonderful the salmon was! Thanks for a nice easy recipe, we'll be having this again & again. July 3, just wanted to add that I made this again, this time, I substituted a Tablespoon of butter for the olive oil, and it added a bit of richness, other than that, the recipe is fabulous as is. I used Coho salmon this time. Thanks for a great recipe!
