- 56.69 g can anchovy fillets, drained
- 1 1 small red onions or 1 small white onion, chopped
- 118.29 ml flat leaf parsley
- 12 stalk fresh chives, chopped
- 29.58 ml chopped tarragon leaves
- 44.37 ml white wine or 44.37 ml tarragon vinegar
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 78.78 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- black pepper
directions
- In a food processor, combine first 6 ingredients.
- Turn processor on and stream in olive oil.
- Transfer dip to a bowl and stir in sour cream and black pepper to taste.
- Serve with veggies of choice and breadsticks for dipping.
