  1. Heat oil.
  2. Saute garlic,green pepper and onion till tender.
  3. Add 1 can beans.
  4. Fry beans while mashing them with a fork until thick.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Cook,stirring occasionally,until thick.
