  1. Love the horseradish sauce! Delicious! I think I let my steak marinade a bit too long, at 10 hours. The mustard taste was a bit strong, but I think that was my fault for letting it marinate too long. I will try it again with either a bit less mustard or the correct timing! Thanks for sharing!

  2. I am reviewing the sauce only, as I prepared it to accompany beef fondue. Fabulous and fresh! Today I will be serving the leftover sauce over roasted green beans. Thank you so much for posting.

  3. Delicious! A winner with my entire family. I ran short of time so I ended up serving with creamy store-bought horseradish sauce instead of the prepared sauce in the recipe. The substitution worked out fine. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe! This will be one of our regular family barbecue recipes.

  4. Yum, Yum! I believe that this is the best flank steak I've ever had. The horseradish sauce is awesome as well! The only thing I did differently was double the ingredients for the marinade because it didn't seem like enough. I would like to say that I've made this twice already and the second time used London Broil (steak)with equally wonderful results. Served both times with Mock Mashed Potoes (cauliflower) and steamed broccoli. Very low carb/low fat for my diabetic requirements and husband LOVES it as well. A sure staple in our home from now on. Thanks for posting!
