  • Spread refried beans over the bottom of a 9 inch round glass dish or pie plate.
  • In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, salsa and seasoning mix until well blended.
  • Spread over bean layer.
  • Sprinkle cheese, tomatoes, onions and olives (if using) over sour cream layer.

  4. I made this to take to a family gathering and it didn't last very long. Served with nacho/corn chips. I have also made this and added a few jalapenos for some kick. Kids like it, too!
     
  5. Tasty appetizer when served with nacho chips. I have been making a version of it for years. I added a layer of spicy guacamole and topped with shredded cheddar. Yum!
