  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons collagen (I used Great Lakes gelatin powder)
  • 1 (2 1/2 g) packet sugar, free electrolyte powder (like Propel)

directions

  • Add 1/2 cup room temperature water to a bowl.
  • Sprinkle gelatin evenly over top.
  • Allow to bloom for 5 minutes.
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cups very hot or boiling water to gelatin and stir.
  • When gelatin has completely dissolved, stir in electrolyte powder until dissolved.
  • Pour into container or silicon molds.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
