Really easy, really good
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups diced, cooked turkey
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen green beans
- 1 1⁄2 cups cauliflower
- 1 1⁄2 cups diced cabbage
- Put all ingredients in pot and cook over medium heat until cauliflower is tender.
This was so fast and easy. Awesome flavor and the only change that I made was to use a mix of frozen broccoli and cauliflower rather than just cauliflower as that is what I happened to have on hand. This is definitely a keeper and will be made over and over when I have leftover turkey. As there are only two of us and we eat turkey on a regular basis, this soup will be prepared often. The leftover soup was even better at the next meal if you can believe it. Thanks for posting this recipe.
You were right----This is easy and tastes great. Had some leftover turkey from the holidays and this was a great way to get rid of it.Thanks for sharing.
