I learned to make this when I was in college at KU and wanted something tasty yet easy to make. You'll be pleasantly surprised!
- Add all ingredients except frozen shrimp and cooked pasta to skillet on medium heat.
- Once butter is melted, add pasta.
- Stir ingredients and cover for 2 minutes.
- Add frozen shrimp.
- Let it cook until the shrimp is no longer frozen stirring frequently.
I made this tonight....needed a really quick dinner recipe for the shrimp in the freezer.
I liked the fact it didn't call for wine....(didn't have any in the house).
